If you're a realtor, BHC would love to work with you. Most of our home prices range between $145,000 and $195,000, and buyer agent's commission is protected. BHC will take care of qualifying your buyer as they must have a VHDA qualified lender and be a member of FHLB to qualify for certain grants.
